Chapter reports are no longer posted on this section of the website. Chapter Presidents, Chapter Secretaries and Chapter Membership Promotion Chairs should refer to the new procedures to run monthly chapter reports.
Schedule a Chapter visit with President Scoggins
To make the process of scheduling Chapter visits more efficient, an online form has set up. The form should be completed and submitted by a Chapter or Regional officer as soon as possible so that visits can be scheduled as soon as possible. Tammy Catchings, Assistant Manager of Region Activities on ASHRAE staff, will help coordinate the visits and, if necessary, support setting up GoToMeeting or GoToWebinar at no charge to the Chapter.
Please make sure to use the online form to request a Chapter visit! Only requests that come in through the online system will receive responses.
Chapter visit requests should *not* be made directly to the President.

ASHRAE Distinguished Lecturer Program
The ASHRAE Distinguished Lecturer program provides ASHRAE chapters, student branches, and other organizations with lecturers equipped to speak on relevant subjects of interest to ASHRAE members and guests. The distinguished lecturer program is supervised by the Chapter Technology Transfer Committee. The CTTC Regional Vice-Chair for each region allocates visits to the chapter.
