Lisa Rosenow is the Managing Director and President of the Energy Code Services Division of Evergreen Technology Consulting. ETC is a multi-discipline consulting firm with offices in Oregon and Texas. They provide engineering design and energy efficiency program services, education and advocacy. She manages the technical support services program for the commercial WA State Energy Code (WSEC) for the Northwest Energy Efficiency Alliance (NEEA) Codes and Standards program. She has been in this role since 2011. Her duties include user interface design, technical content development and general management of the WSEC Commercial Compliance Documentation website. She is also an active contributor to energy code development having participated as a voting member for the WSEC Technical Advisory Group (TAG) for several code cycles. Prior to her work in energy codes, she was a mechanical engineering designer for over fifteen years.
Through this combined experience and daily interactions with a diverse cross-section of industry professionals, Ms. Rosenow offers a balanced perspective and insight into industry needs for energy efficiency stakeholders. She is adept at developing effective educational content, resources and technical tools. She is a frequent presenter and has worked with various organizations to develop and deliver programs and events that promote energy efficient technologies and methods, including integrated design. Organizations she has worked with include AIA Seattle and AIA Houston, Architecture 2030, Washington Association of Building Officials, ASHRAE Learning Institute, and NEEA.
Ms. Rosenow has a BSME and is a certified Sustainable Building Advisor (CSBA).
