Course Description
This seminar provides guidance on how to perform commercial building energy audits. Best practices and other information relevant to building owners, managers, and government entities are covered. The seminar includes a summary of materials essential for performing ASHRAE Level 1, 2, and 3 audits, time-saving tips for every auditor, how to hire an auditor, what to ask for in a comprehensive audit report, and how to build a successful energy efficiency retrofit team.
Learning Objectives:
- Understand the differences between ASHRAE Energy Audit Levels 1, 2, and 3.
- Become familiar with the requirements of ACCA/ASHRAE Standard 211.
- Learn the pros and cons of energy-efficiency measure calculation approaches.
- Develop familiarity with some typical energy-efficiency measures.

Cancellation Policy
Course registration fees will be refunded in full if ASHRAE Customer Service receives cancellation at 800-527-4723 or edu@ashrae.org before 12:00 noon, seven working days before the course date. Cancellations received between three and seven working days before the course date are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. Registrants who do not attend a course or cancel less than three working days before the course date are liable for the entire course registration fee.
