Did you know companies can now save 10% on Society Membership dues when five or more employees from the same company join? This is a great incentive to support ASHRAE membership, and can help your local chapter grow. Utilize the resources below to quickly reach out to local businesses who may be interested in participating in ASHRAE.

Personalize the template email invitation and attach the fillable PDF application, membership value flyer, and include chapter meeting information if applicable.
Schedule a personal visit
For a personal visit, consider reviewing the ‘Elevator Speech’ as well as requesting materials from ASHRAE Headquarters in advance of your visit. Materials include a folder with the latest ASHRAE Journal, Applications, and materials promoting the latest ASHRAE products and programs. (Please request two weeks in advance of meeting to allow for shipping).
How companies can save 10% with five or more new members:
- Collect membership applications from at least 5 employees joining as new Associate or Full Members. Please note: We can’t accept online applications for this program.
- Subtract 10% off total Society dues owed. The 10% discount does not apply to Chapter dues or other purchases the employee selects.
- Send applications and payment.
